These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitResol (the "App"), operated by FitResol ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
FitResol generates exercise programming based on information you provide, including training history, equipment, and any injuries or limitations you report. This is fitness guidance, not medical advice. The App does not diagnose, treat, or evaluate any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a health condition. You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from Profile > Account. Requesting deletion schedules your account and associated data for permanent removal after a grace period (currently 30 days), during which you may cancel the deletion and keep your account exactly as it was. Once the grace period ends, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google), that provider's own terms and privacy practices also apply to your use of their service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific fitness outcome, weight change, or performance result. Use of the App and performance of any exercise is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitResol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury sustained while exercising.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
